The set up area on the poster board is 95 cm (37 inches) wide and 125 cm (49 inches) high.

Each poster has been assigned an abstract number which will appear in the program as well as on the poster board.
Presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters. The Registration Desk will provide materials to affix the poster to the boards. Please use only these materials.

Posters will be on display in the foyer of Radisson Blu Hotel on Wednesday and Thursday.
The posters will be changed daily Wednesday and Thursday. Posters must be mounted between 08:30 and 10:00 and taken down between 17:00 and 17:30 the same day. Unfortunately, the
Secretariat has no possibility to store posters not removed within due time, and such posters will be disposed off. The Secretariat, located at the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel will be happy to
supply fixing material.
