From the city centre, we’ll travel by bus to University of Tromsø in Breivika, about 10 min drive.
If the weather permits, we’ll walk across campus, ending up in the Light Hall of the Health Science Faculty. The Dean and the Mayor will bid us welcome, and we will all join in for MedGlow dancing. There will be rich buffets of tapas with a northern twist. A welcome drink and two glasses of wine or beer are included; please bring the vouchers you get at registration. Further
drinks can be bought in the bars, quicker if you bring local currency.

Tonje Braathen, a researcher at the Department of Community Medicine, and also a talented musician, will play piano during the Reception.

The Buses will leave from Rica Ishavshotel between 18:30 and 19:00 and return between 21:30 and 22:00.
