There will be two Speaker Rooms; one in each hotel. Please follow the directions within each building for location. Oral presentations must be delievered to the Speaker Room at least 2 hours before the session starts. Personal computers in the session rooms will not be accepted. Opening hours for the Speaker Rooms is as for the Secretariat.
